Our Story
DIWI office in UAE was established in 1979 and has provided
technical assistance and project management services and
undertaken detailed investigations, design, preparation of
tender documents and construction supervision for numerous
projects in UAE, Middle East, Africa, Europe and in Carribean.
DIWI Consult (Emirates) was part of the DIWI Group whose core
business is infrastructure and highway related consultancies.
The Group was engaged upon engineering projects worldwide.
DIWI Consult Emirates (DIWI), owned by Mr. Mohamed Amer
Omar Saleh Omar, with a Professional License No. CN-1016863
registered in year 2000 to operate in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
DIWI Consult (Emirates) currently employs more than 30 staff in
UAE.
DIWI has a Special Grade classification from the Department of
Economy in Abu Dhabi, and has an ISO 9001:2015 certified
Quality Management System.
In all its activities, DIWI adheres strongly to its independent
professional status and is thus able to give impartial advice to its
clients and to guard their interests at all stages.
DIWI employs highly qualified and experienced experts,
engineers, management, and administration personnel. For
many years, the Company has been engaged on engineering
projects world-wide and had established offices in Europe,
the Middle East, the Caribbean, and Africa.

DIWI has worked with many clients both Government and private and has become one

principal Consultants in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi during the development of the inter-urban
road network in the Emirate. DIWI has worked for numerous authorities including the

Public Works, Department of Municipalities, Department of Municipal Affairs, Abu Dhabi
Municipality, Al Ain Municipality, Western Region Municipality, Abu Dhabi Fund for
Development, Department of Transport, ADAC and Musanada.
