Our talent for supervising major development projects was recognized by the Maritime Transport Department in Albania when the works included upgrading of pavements and facilities to a 13Ha quay and dredging the port basin and a 5km access channel to facilitate the passage of large vessels. we were engaged to manage the construction of improvements to the port of Durres. Under a later appointment, we were commissioned to perform design reviews, management of tender procedures and the supervision of the construction of a new ferry terminal
