Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed City in Gaza, Palestine, was designed by DIWI in 2008. The Project included 3,000 residential apartments using four story buildings and essential support facilities such as mosque, schools, shops, clinic, police station, municipal garden and Infrastructure networks for roads, water, electricity, telephone, sewage, and drainage.
