The Jabal Omar Development Company recognized our capability and experience to supervise large development projects and appointed us as construction managers to supervise their design and build projects in Makkah. The project is situated on a site of 230,000 m2 to the west of the Grand Mosque (Al Haram) in downtown Central Area of Makkah. When complete, the development will provide first class accommodation and support facilities for visitors and residents of the holy city of Makkah Al Mukarramah. It is a mixed use development comprising residential apartments, hotels, commercial premises, parking, and all associated infrastructure. The high-density development, of 1500 persons/hectare, will accommodate up to 100,000 people during the Ramadan and Hajj seasons in 39 tower blocks and 1 Musolla. When completed, it will include comprehensive support facilities and infrastructure.
