We were appointed by the Abu Dhabi fund for Development to design and supervise the Sheikh Zayed Township for construction in Gaza, Palestine. The project’s aim was to construct a residential estate providing approximately 3,400 apartment housing units, with each block being a minimum height of five stories. The development included schools, public libraries, religious facilities, public parks, market places, shopping centers, post office, fire station, municipality and police station, health care facilities and the access R oad network complete with all necessary services With our comprehensive knowledge of detailed infrastructure design, our team provided a complete tender package of detailed drawings and specifications for all roads, buildings, and services for the development. Subsequently, our supervision team was mobilized to Gaza to oversee the construction of the entire township
